For PawPlace, a pet adoption platform, I redesigned the MVP dashboard to create smoother workflows for adoption teams and a friendlier experience for adopters. From uplifting core screens to designing key flows like adoption, donations, and pet listings, my work helped transform the product into a more intuitive, engaging platform for both staff and adopters.
